Hold on to your socks, ’cause your about to see one of the most adorable babies I have ever met! Oh, my gosh, this little guy is precious! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing his big brother since he was a baby, and now I get to continue with Luke. A big thanks to Luke’s mom and dad for letting me help preserve these precious memories!
I love these two kids! They are fun, interesting, and–just look at them–gorgeous! They will be getting married next summer, and we did a few engagement shots. We’ll be doing some more outdoor shots later, but I couldn’t wait to share! 
Christmas this year was crazy, busy, and wonderful! I had several more seniors than last year, and that caused the Christmas sessions to start a little later. This year we tried something new and had a “Christmas Portrait Day”. It turned out to be a great success, and we will be planning another one next year.
We also got the opportunity to do the Santa Party again this year, which truly is a highlight of the season for both Danny and I–we absolutely love watching the innocence and wonder of the children when they talk with Santa. Their smiles are priceless!

Sarah and Danny braved the rain and chilly temperatures to venture out to the Today Show this morning. I was watching and got to see them on TV. They can now say that they were on national television with Sigourney Weaver.
I think they’re on their way to see the 911 memorial today, so more later! Here are a few shots from the today show.
I’ve talked to Sarah a couple times today, and it sounds like they are having a blast! They walked all over today, went up to the top of the Empire State Building, around Times Square, through Central Park, and went to see the tree at Rockefeller Plaza.
It’s in the 40’s there–what’s the deal??? We’re freezing our tails off with a high of 17, and they have 40 degree weather in New York? LOL

Just taking a few minutes out of catching up on Christmas editing (will have some recent sessions posted soon!) to share a couple pictures of my dear hubby and sweet daughter. Danny and Sarah are traveling to New York City for a sightseeing trip. Sarah’s never been there, and they are taking the opportunity to go see the sights.
They left about 15 minutes ago and should land in New York around 10:30 tonight. They’re both so excited, and I think Sarah hardly slept at all last night! I was able to grab two very quick snapshots on their way out the door.
Sarah’s going to send some pictures each day, and I’ll post them here to share.

Ok, I couldn’t help posting this shot–this was from tonight’s session. I’ve got a couple other sessions ahead of this one on the editing, but Miss Josette was such a doll that I had to share this one. What a precious three year old going on thirteen! Mom is in such trouble!
Josette is pretty, smart, sweet, sassy, and absolutely hillarious! She helped me change the set, told me how many more shots she would do, and gave me hugs, kisses, and an “I love you” when we were done. Life doesn’t get much better than that!
